摘要

同期发情适时输精技术与同期排卵-定时输精技术是规模化牛场重要的繁殖管理技术.然而,在该技术应用过程中,各地操作程序、对象及操作细节存在诸多问题,难以达到预期效果.文章从牛同期发情适时输精与定时输精生殖机理进行阐述,归纳牛同期发情技术方法,梳理国内外适时输精与同期排卵-定时输精常用技术方案,分析了定时输精优势与应用效果.同期排卵-定时输精技术可节本增效,有效提高母牛的参配率和受胎率,从而提高牛的繁殖潜能,可广泛应用于规模化养殖场肉牛繁殖生产.

Abstract

The timed insemination techniques following estrus synchronization are important reproductive management techniques in large-scale cattle farms.However,in the process of the application of this technology,there are many problems in the operation procedures,objects and operation details,and it is difficult to achieve the expected effect.This article summarized the reproductive mechanisms of timely insemination and timed insemination following estrus synchronization and the operational methods in estrus synchronization in cows,sorted out common technical schemes for timely insemination and timed insemination following estrus synchronization at home and abroad,and explored the advantages and application effects of timed insemination.It suggested that the technology of timed insemination following estrus synchronization would improve reproductive proficiency and the rate of mating and conception in cows,showing potentials in the production of beef cattle in large-scale breeding farms.
