疫苗免疫后胚胎移植时间对受体牛受胎率的影响

摘要
为探究受体牛疫苗免疫后胚胎移植时间对胚胎移植效果的影响、进一步提高冷冻胚胎移植的受胎率,于2019年6月和9月、2022年9月、2023年9月分批开展试验,选取红安格斯牛、和牛、荷斯坦牛,每种牛随机分成4组(10~15 d组、16~30 d组、31~45 d组、≥60 d组),在疫苗免疫不同时间进行胚胎移植.在胚胎移植第35天采用B超仪监测受胎率.结果表明:在进行疫苗免疫后不同时间进行胚胎移植,安格斯、和牛、荷斯坦牛受胎率均为31~45 d组、≥60 d组受胎率较高,显著高于10~15 d组、16~30 d组(P<0.05).说明牛的胚胎移植受体牛接种疫苗应与预定移植日期保持30 d以上间隔,以避免胚胎移植受胎率下降.
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of transfer time on the pregnancy rate of vaccinated recipient cow and further improve the conception rate of frozen embryo transfer,the embryo transfer experiments were conducted in June and September 2019,September 2022,and September 2023.The animals from breeds of Red Angus,Wagyu and Holstein cattle were randomly divided into 4 groups as recipients,respectively,in which embryos were transferred at(10 to 15 d,16 to 30 d,31 to 45 d,and ≥60 d)after immunization.On the 35th day of embryo transfer,the pregnancy rate was monitored by B-ultrasound.The results showed as follows:The pregnancy rates of groups of 31 to 45 d and ≥60 d in Angus,Wagyu and Holstein cattle transferred were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in groups of 10 to 15 d and 16 to 30 d.It could be concluded that the transfer time could be>30 d after immunization to avoid a decrease in the pregnancy rate of embryo transfer in cattle.
