为充分利用优质湖羊种公羊、加速良种扩繁、提升规模羊场经济效益,2023 年 8 月在苍南县某湖羊养殖场开展湖羊人工输精试验.试验选择体重45 kg左右的母羊,随机分为3 组,1 组和2 组分别为后备母羊30 头和经产母羊30 头,采取"同期发情+人工授精"处理;3 组为对照组,选择产后刚断奶的母羊30 头,采取"自然发情+自然交配"处理.选择健康公羊3 头,随机分配给3 组母羊,从开始试验当天计为第0 天,在第45 天用B超进行早期妊娠诊断.结果表明:1,2,3 组母羊受胎率分别为76.70%、86.70%、60.00%,1,2 组受胎率均显著高于3 组(P<0.05),但经产母羊的人工授精效果好于2 组后备母羊,表明本次人工授精技术方案取得了良好成效.
Research on artificial insemination technology in Hu sheep production
In order to fully utilize high-quality Hu sheep breeds,accelerate the expansion of good breeds,and improve the economic benefits of large-scale sheep farms,an artificial insemination experiment in Hu sheep was conducted in a Hu sheep breeding farm in Cangnan county in August 2023.Ninety ewes weighing approximately 45 kg were divided into three groups.Group 1 and group 2 consisted of 30 reserve ewes and 30 multiparous ewes,respectively,and treated with'estrus synchronization+artificial insemination',and group 3 was the control group having postpartum weaned 30 ewes and treated with'natural estrus+natural mating'.Three healthy rams were randomly placed into 3 groups,each of which having one ram.The first day of the experiment was day 0,early pregnancy diagnosis was performed using B-ultrasound at 45 d.The results showed that the conception rates in group 1,2,and 3 were 76.70%,86.70%and 60.00%,respectively.The average conception rates in group 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in group 3(P<0.05),and the artificial insemination effect of multiparous ewes was better than that of reserve ewes,indicating that the artificial insemination technology scheme in this experiment achieved good results.
