企业研究生工作站背景下畜牧专硕培养的探索

摘要
畜牧专业硕士研究生的培养一直是农业高等教育中的重要任务之一.随着企业研究生工作站模式的发展,畜牧专硕培养模式也出现了一些新的探索和实践.文章以企业研究生工作站为背景,探索畜牧专硕培养模式,探讨校内导师和企业导师在畜牧专业硕士研究生培养中的作用与合作方式,并提出一些优化建议,旨在为提高畜牧专业硕士研究生培养的质量和实效提供参考.
Abstract
The training of graduate students with animal husbandry professional master's degree has always been one of the important tasks in higher agricultural education.With the development of the enterprise graduate workstation,there are also some new explorations and practices in the animal husbandry professional master's degree cultivation model.In this paper,the cultivation mode of graduate students with animal husbandry professional master's degree from the perspective of the establishment of enterprise graduate workstation is explored,the roles and cooperation mode of on campus tutors and enterprise supervisors in the training of graduate students with animal husbandry professional master's degree is discussed,and some optimization suggestions are put forward.This paper intends to provide a reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of the cultivation of graduate students with animal husbandry professional master's degree.
