摘要
优质的宠物医疗实训基地对提升学生实践能力和职业素养具有重要作用,也是促进产教融合的重要载体.文章通过对宠物医疗产学研实训基地建设与宠物医疗产业发展、宠物医疗人才培养模式优化、教学理论和实践结合模式、双师型队伍培养条件关系的分析,提出了构建宠物医疗产学研实训基地的基本途径.将对促进校企双方资源整合和共享、创新人才培养模式、深化三教(教师、教材、教法)改革、打造双师型教师队伍、提升社会服务能力等提供有益的参考.
Abstract
A high-quality pet medical training base plays an important role in enhancing students'practical abilities and professional qualities,and is also an important carrier for promoting the integration of industry and education.This article analyzes the relationship between the construction of a pet medical industry-academy-research training base and the development of the pet medical industry,the optimization of the pet medical talent training model,the combination of teaching theory and practice,and the conditions for cultivating a"dual qualified"teaching team.The basic approach to building a pet medical industry-academy-research training base is proposed,which is of great significance,including promoting the integration and sharing of resources between schools and enterprises,innovating talent training models,deepening the reform of the three educations(teachers,textbooks,teaching methods),building a dual qualified teaching team,and enhancing social service capabilities.
