摘要
骆驼奶作为一种具有广泛保健应用价值的动物乳,含有丰富的营养价值和生物活性因子,且对癌症、糖尿病、肝炎、乳糖不耐受等疾病具有明显辅助治疗效果.文章综述了骆驼奶的营养物质价值及组成、抗氧化性、抗炎性、抗菌性及提高免疫力等生物特性,以及对癌症、肝病、糖尿病等疾病的辅助治疗作用,旨在为骆驼奶的综合利用提供依据.
Abstract
The camel milk,a kind of animal milk,is rich in nutritional,health-beneficial and bioactive substances,known for its auxiliary therapeutic effects on cancer,diabetes,hepatitis,lactose intolerance and other diseases.This paper summarized the nutritional value and chemical composition of camel milk,its biological characteristics such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and improving immunity,as well as its auxiliary therapeutic effect on cancer,liver disease,diabetes and other diseases,so as to provide a basis for the comprehensive utilization of camel milk.
