To carry out the two strategic tasks of innovation motivation and rural revitalization,give full play to the advantages of science and technology and human resources of colleges,better serve the development of rural economy,and finally promote agricultural and rural modernization,this paper analyzed the connotation and relationship between dual-innovation education and rural revitalization and summarized the common problems of the dual-innovation education in colleges from the perspectives of college students,teachers,platform and curriculum system,etc.According to the current situation and development orientation of dual-innovation education at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,the integrative practice of dual-innovation education and rural revitalization in the major of animal science was performed through the curriculum system construction,platform construction,"dual-qualified teacher with dual-ability"teaching team construction and innovation of dual-innovation education model.The results showed that the practice not only improved the quality of major education,but also bring into play the advantages of resources of the major and move forward the development of rural economy,which was proved to be an effective way for universities to give full play to their advantages of talents and resources and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
