Research on the Innovation and Practice of Training Mode for Applied Talents of Agriculture,Forestry and Economics Based on"New Agriscience + New Finance and Economics"
Universities should cultivate applied talents in agriculture,forestry and economic management with both agricultural knowledge and financial literacy for serving the rural revitalization strategy better.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the talent training model based on"new agriscience + new finance and economics"by the means of establishing the talent training concept of"agriculture and forestry as the base and finance and economics as the foundation",constructing a guarantee system which combines theory with practice,giving way to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.In order to explore the training practice of"new agriscience + new finance and economics"applied talents in agriculture and forestry management,this paper suggests that it should dig the new kinetic energy of talent training,construct a new three-dimensional curriculum system,and improve the quality measurement standard of models for talents cultivation.
