Under the guidance of the national"Digital China"construction strategy,digital economy has become a new variable in Heilongjiang Province's economic transformation and growth.This paper expounds the necessity of promoting the development of digital economy in Heilongjiang,and sorts out the current situation of the development scale of digital economy.The scale of digital economy continues to expand,the construction of Internet infrastructure has made remarkable progress,the cultivation of innovation capacity and high-level scientific and technological capacity has accelerated and the electronic information industry,the Internet and emerging industries have developed rapidly.In view of the problems existing in the transformation of the digital industry and the cultivation of technological innovation ability,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a digital data trading center,promoting the formation of a digital economic industrial chain,consolidating the construction of digital economic infrastructure,promoting industrial digital transformation,and strengthening the policy guarantee for the development of digital industrialization.
