The Impact of Digital Economy on China's Service Industry's Position in Global Value Chain Division of Labor—Based on the Perspective of Industry Heterogeneity
Based on the Asian Development Bank(ADB-MRIO)database,China Statistical Yearbook,and China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook,Examines the impact of the digital economy on the status of China's service industry in the global value chain division of labor from 2007 to 2021.The results show that the digital economy has an obvious enhancing effect on the climbing position of China's service industry in the global value chain,and this facilitating effect is mainly realized through the channels of technological innovation and human capital enhancement.Based on the heterogeneity analysis,the digital economy has different degrees of promotion effects on labor-intensive,capital-intensive,and knowledge-intensive service industries,Among them,the promotion effect on capital-intensive is more significant.Based on this,proposals to strengthen the centrality of the"data"element in the digital economy,encourage digital technological innovation,and increase the supply of high-quality talents.It provides certain reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of China's service industry.
