Analysis of the Linkage Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zones
As a new highland of reform and opening up,the pilot free trade zone undertakes the strategic task of radiating and driving the regional economy and is an important carrier for promoting regional integration.Since the establishment of the pilot free trade zone in Beijing,the governments of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have actively promoted the cooperation between the three pilot free trade zones and achieved certain results.Firstly,this paper summarizes the linkage practice of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei pilot free trade zones,and points out that the linkage of the three pilot free trade zones is interactive according to the growth pole theory and synergetic theory.Secondly,the paper further discusses the linkage mode between the cooperation,sharing and incentive mechanism of the three pilot free trade zones and the industries,elements,facilities and systems.Finally,it is proposed that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Pilot free trade zones should promote synergy based on its own advantages,improve the mechanism of linkage development of the three regions,jointly build an information sharing management platform,and accelerate the coordinated linkage of industries in the three pilot free trade zones.
