Analysis of Tourism Service Quality in China in Recent Ten Years Based on CiteSpace
Tourism service quality is the inherent attribute of tourism as a modern service industry,the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises,and an important indicator to measure the development level of the industry.This paper takes 274 journals(2014-2023)of the research of domestic tourism service quality included in the China CNKI(CNKI)database as the data source,based on CiteSpace 5.7 R5 visual analysis software,draws the knowledge map of domestic tourism service quality research,showing the research status,hot issues and future development trend of tourism service quality.The conclusion shows that the number of research on tourism service quality in China has gone through the development period and stability period.The research authors are closely related,and the research focus mainly focus on the high-quality development of tourism,rural tourism,rural revitalization and service quality evaluation of scenic spots.We will strengthen oversight over the quality of tourism services,advance the supply-side structural reform of tourism industry,meet the multi-level tourism consumption demand of tourists,and improve the quality of tourism services.
