Research on Innovation of Training Modes of Compound Talents in the Era of Digital Economy—Taking Economics and Trade Majors as an Example
The rapid development of digital economy has triggered profound changes in employment,and new changes have taken place in the market demand for economic and trade talents.There is an urgent need for"mega data+information technology+trade"medium and high-end compound trade talents with digital literacy and basic digital skills.The cultivation mode of composite talents in economic and trade majors in China is diversified,and some universities have formed their own characteristics in cultivating composite talents.In the era of digital economy,the training of compound talents of economy and trade majors needs to carry out interdisciplinary integration with"digital technology+trade practice"as the core,build a new training mode of compound trade talents that is"oriented to the whole process,interdisciplinary integration,and multi-agent collaboration",design talent training schemes and curriculum systems with new ideas,strengthen the construction of digital compound teachers,and accelerate the construction of a diversified online teaching platform.
