Method Research on Project-based Practical Teaching Based on PDCA Cycle
The introduction of PDCA cycle theory in project-based teaching can continuously improve the quality of practical teaching.Three stages have been formed:the project planning stage,the project implementation stage and the project improvement and inspection stage,and the quality of each task in the project plan has been continuously optimized and adjusted.Taking the cross-border e-commerce course as an example,this paper provides specific design and implementation methods for this teaching model:online and offline practice,design a project plan based on the work process,complete the project plan in a group cooperation,adopt multiple inspection and evaluation,and finally reflect and summarize.
