Exploration and Practice of Risk Management for Digital Trade
Based on the understanding the connotation of digital trade and digital trade risk,and deconstruct the risk characteristics of digital trade through cross-border data security risk,intellectual property infringement risk of cross-border trade and compliance risk case risk.To explore the design and implementation path of digital trade risk prevention framework for cross-border e-commerce enterprises,including building a risk management implementation framework for cross-border e-commerce enterprises with full reference to ISO31000 standards,strengthening compliance management under the guidance of Legal Compliance Guidelines for Cross-border E-commerce,ensuring supply chain security against AEO advanced certification standards for cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and designing and building a cloud platform for"intellectual property risk warning in cross-border e-commerce industry".It is hoped that the bottleneck of cross-border e-commerce enterprise development can be broken through,promoting the upgrading of digital trade industry.
