Study on Performance Evaluation of Green Transformation of Coal Industry in Shanxi Province
Shanxi is a resource-based region and an important energy province in the country,which has great significance in promoting green and low-carbon energy transformation.In the process of green transformation,coal enterprises should pay attention to implementing comprehensive performance evaluation,cultivating green technical talents and emphasizing production safety.The results show that the green development transformation of coal industry in Shanxi Province has been improved,and enterprises should further improve the internal management structure,formulate quantifiable environmental performance indicators,build a performance evaluation system that attaches equal importance to economic,social and environmental performance,and achieve comprehensive performance management.
