Analysis of the Importance of Influencing Factors of Environmental Regulation Efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Based on Random Forest
In March 2023,the Action Plan for Chongqing to Promote the Construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle(2023-2027)was officially released,which also focuses on the implementation of the action of building a modern industrial system and the implementation of the action of promoting ecological priority and green development.By introducing the random forest algorithm,the environmental impact factors of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2012 to 2020 were analyzed,and it was concluded that among the influencing factors,the most important influencing factors were urbanization level,industrial structure,opening up level,marketization level and economic development level.Finally,based on the changes in environmental regulation and key influencing factors of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities from 2012 to 2020,suggestions for green and sustainable development are proposed.
