Research on Training Model of New Financial Talents based on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph
In order to promote the innovation and development of the new financial talent training model,we used CiteSpace software to analyze the characteristics of literature published in the field of new financial talent training in the past 10 years from a macro perspective,and sorted out the current situation,research hotspots,and evolution of the new financial talent training model.On this basis,we put forward the specific path for the cultivation of new financial talents in China:strengthening school-enterprise and school-school cooperation,focusing on the role of core institutions as a driving force for radiation;carrying out the teaching and training mode of"new finance and economics+local characteristics";establishing a comprehensive and three-dimensional mode of cultivation for the integration of industry and education in a deep and comprehensive way;and deepening the integration of academic disciplines,so as to promote the comprehensive quality cultivation of new finance and economics talents.
