物流业朝着信息化、智能化以及自动化方向发展,对于实践技能型人才提出了更高的要求,传统实践教学模式难以与人才实际需求有效衔接.虚拟仿真技术能够模拟真实的仓库运作场景,为学生提升实践技能提供平台.基于此,提出在 PBL理念下,以问题为导向,结合虚拟仿真技术构建仓储与配送课程体系.分析建虚拟仿真教学体系的必要性,明确PBL理念下课程虚拟仿真教学体系构建框架,提出三层次的课程框架体系,基于物流虚拟仿真平台进行实验设计,设计了课程基础实验、综合应用实验以及探索型实验项目,通过构建指标评价体系对课程教学效果进行评价.
Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching System Construction and Practice Research under PBL Concept—Taking Warehousing and Distribution Course as an Example
With the development of logistics industry towards informatization,intelligentization and automation,putting forward higher requirements for practical skilled talents.The traditional practice teaching mode is difficult to connect effectively with the actual demand of talents.Virtual simulation technology can simulate the real warehouse operation scene and provide a platform for students to improve practical skills.Based on this,the paper proposes to construct the warehousing and distribution course system under the PBL concept,taking the problem as the orientation and combining with virtual simulation technology.Firstly,the necessity of constructing virtual simulation teaching system of Warehousing and Distribution course under PBL concept is analyzed.,defining the construction framework of curriculum virtual simulation teaching system under the PBL concept,and proposing a three-level curriculum framework system.Then in the overall framework system,designing experiments based on the logistics virtual simulation platform,including curriculum basic experiments,comprehensive application experiments and exploratory experiments.Finally,by constructing the index evaluation system,the course teaching effect is evaluated.
