Research on the Teaching Reform of"Logistics"in Colleges and Universities Based on OBE Concept + Whole Process Assessment
Based on the important guiding principles of student-centeredness,output-orientedness,and continuous improvement in modern higher education,this paper introduces the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and holistic assessment and evaluation to optimize the teaching design of the core logistics course Logistics Studies in the field of logistics management.It builds on the OBE+ Whole Process Assessment approach in the curriculum design of logistics studies and integrates holistic assessment into various teaching activities,emphasizing the corresponding solutions and strategies from multiple perspectives such as training objectives,output orientation,and evaluation of outcomes.While highlighting the comprehensive nature of the process assessment in schools,it aims to achieve active student participation in learning and achieve a teaching effect that promotes beneficial teacher-student interaction,thereby demonstrating the timeliness and scientific nature of the teaching design.This approach aims to cultivate theoretical and practical skills in logistics talents and better meet the demands for logistics talent in society.
