Analysis on the Training of Financial and Accounting Talents in Private Undergraduate Universities under the Background of Digital Intelligence
In the context of digital intelligence,reposition the goal of cultivating applied talents in the finance and accounting major of private undergraduate universities.Through investigation,understand the current situation and challenges of digital intelligence transformation in the finance and accounting major of private undergraduate universities.Based on survey data,sort out the abilities,qualities and weights that finance and accounting talents should possess,and propose a path for cultivating finance and accounting talents in private undergraduate universities under the background of digital intelligence,but still face many challenges such as composite teachers and the curriculum system.Therefore,it is recommended that private undergraduate universities continue to innovate teaching methods in the field of finance and accounting,explore ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises,build a team of dual teachers and dual abilities,and strengthen the supporting hardware facilities.Guided by curriculum ideology and politics,theoretical knowledge should be closely combined with digital and intellectual technology and social needs to cultivate high-quality applied talents in finance and accounting.
