The Theoretical Logic,Generation Mechanism and Regulatory Orientation of the Rebound Effect of New Energy
The change of energy technology and the improvement of energy efficiency not only promote the application of new energy products,but also lead to the rebound effect of new energy.By explaining the theoretical logic and generating mechanism of the rebound effect of new energy,the regulation orientation of the effect is discussed.The results show that:in the short term,the production and consumption of new energy may show obvious rebound effects;In the formulation of new energy policies and related institutional arrangements,it is necessary to consider the constraints of the rebound effect of new energy.Furthermore,it puts forward policy suggestions such as improving the new energy policy design mechanism,optimizing the combination of new energy policy tools,and expanding the energy-saving and emission-reduction effects of new energy consumption.
