Digital Government,Business Environment and"Credit Liaoning"
The digital government is the driving force behind the new development pattern in Liaoning Province,and the business environment is a crucial starting point for implementing the new breakthrough of"Credit Liaoning"in the comprehensive revitalization construction of Liaoning.In recent years,with the vigorous development of emerging digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,blockchain,and artificial intelligence,the role of digital empowerment in optimizing the business environment has become increasingly prominent.This article first briefly summarizes the existing research on the construction of a digital government and the optimization of the business environment,and then further analyzes the close coupling between the construction of a digital government and the optimization of the business environment.Finally,it puts forward relevant strategies to promote the construction of a digital government,the optimization of the business environment,and the construction of a social credit system in Liaoning,in order to better promote the healthy development of Liaoning's economy and to help promote the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning.
