Research on the Development Resilience of Tacheng Area in Xinjiang
In 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment of the Xinjiang Tacheng Key Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone,and the Tacheng area has become the frontier area for Xinjiang to implement the westward expansion strategy and open up the Central Asian market.In the 14th Five-Year Plan released by the autonomous regional government in 2021,new requirements were also put forward for the development goals of the Tacheng region in Xinjiang.Therefore,this paper selects the development data of Tacheng area in Xinjiang from 2018 to 2022,uses the entropy method to measure the comprehensive index of development resilience,and studies the ability of Tacheng area in Xinjiang to resist,repair and maintain external shocks from the four subsystems of economic resilience,social resilience,ecological environment resilience and infrastructure resilience.The results show that the comprehensive development index of Tacheng area in Xinjiang shows an upward trend,and economic resilience and social resilience are the key factors affecting the development of Tacheng area in Xinjiang.
