Financial Risks and Prevention Measures of Enterprises in the Context of Digital Transformation
In the era of digital economy,digital transformation has become a necessary topic for enterprises,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.The application of digital technology can not only meet the development needs of enterprises themselves,but also help them build core competitiveness and improve performance.However,enterprises will also face more financial risks.How to cope with these financial risks has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of this,the article first analyzes the necessity of digital transformation for enterprises in the digital economy era.Secondly,according to financial activities,the financial risks that enterprises may face during digital transformation are divided into four perspectives:fundraising risk,investment risk,operational risk,and income distribution risk.Finally,based on these risks,relevant preventive measures are proposed,hoping to provide reference for enterprises undergoing digital transformation
