发展数字经济是把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革新机遇的战略选择,数字技术与传统行业的深度融合不仅推动金融行业的发展,数字化转型成为金融机构不可忽视的趋势,同时也对人才培养提出了全新的要求.剖析数字经济背景下金融人才需求变化,数字经济的发展需要掌握金融科技、具备创新思维和跨界能力、极具风险意识和数据安全意识的金融人才.金融硕士专业学位在人才培养中应注重跨学科、跨专业合作提升学生数字技术能力,通过校企合作提高学生实践能力,借助科教、双创融合培育学生创新能力.
Exploration of Talent Cultivation for Master of Finance Degree under the Background of Digital Economy—Taking Jianghan University as an example
Developing the digital economy is a strategic choice to seize the new opportunities of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.The deep integration of digital technology and traditional industries not only promotes the development of the financial industry,but also makes digital transformation a trend that cannot be ignored for financial institutions.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation.Analyzing the changes in the demand for financial talents in the context of the digital economy.It is believed that the development of the digital economy requires financial talents who master financial technology,have innovative thinking and cross-border capabilities,and have strong risk awareness and data security awareness.Therefore,it is believed that the cultivation of financial master's degree talents should focus on interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation to enhance students'digital technology ability,improve their practical ability through school-enterprise cooperation,and cultivate their innovation ability with the help of science and education,and the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship.
