Research on the Coupling Mechanism of "Innovation-Entrepreneurship-Creativity" Integrated Economic and Management Talents Cultivation and Rural Revitalization Strategy
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and incorporate it into the overall framework of building a new development pattern.The most crucial factor is talent,which poses new requirements for the cultivation of innovative,entrepreneurial,and creative talents in universities,as well as new challenges for the coupling development of talent cultivation in universities and rural revitalization strategies.Guided by the"Innovation-Entrepreneurship-Creativity"education,this paper analyzes and discusses the coupling development of"Innovation-Entrepreneurship-Creativity"integrated economic and management talents and rural revitalization strategy in colleges and universities from the perspective of coupling mechanism construction,so as to realize the deep integration development of college talent cultivation and rural revitalization strategy.
