Research on the Teaching Reform of the Trinity of Knowledge Imparting,Ability Cultivation and Value Shaping in Financial Management Courses
To implement the fundamental task of moral education,it is necessary to integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting,and ability training in the teaching of financial management courses.Based on this,this paper studies the trinity of financial management course teaching goals,implementation paths,and implementation effect,including"knowledge imparting,ability training,and value shaping."Knowledge imparting includes theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,and integrated knowledge;ability training includes hard skills,soft power,and creativity,and solves problems in enterprise financial management;value shaping establishes and practices the concept of mutual benefit and win-win among individuals,enterprises,and society.Through optimizing teaching content,enriching teaching resources,improving teaching methods,and reforming teaching evaluation and other curriculum reforms,it helps students improve their financial literacy,mobilize learning interest,cultivate their ability to solve practical problems based on enterprise practice,and teachers and students together understand and master major national strategic policies and serve the high-quality development of the economy.
