Training Practice of Management Talent Classification Based on Interest Group
The demand for management talents is increasingly diversified in social development so far.The traditional talent training mode is difficult to meet the social needs,and the talent training mode needs to be reformed.Based on the analysis of the logic of talent classification training,this paper puts forward the practice of talent classification training based on interest groups.Combined with the students'development willingness,this paper summarizes the interest groups of"application-oriented group"and"research-oriented group",and analyzes the content and training effect of each group project training in detail,so as to provide experience for the implementation of talent classification training in colleges and universities.
