Use RCEP to Help the High-Quality Development of Hebei's Textile and Garment Industry
The RCEP stands as the world's largest free trade agreement,exerting a profound impact on fostering economic openness and integration in East Asia while expediting the optimization and upgrading of global industrial and supply chains.Seizing the significant opportunities presented by RCEP,fully leveraging its regulations,and reaping policy dividends will effectively reduce export costs for the textile and garment industry.This will facilitate an expansion of international trade and foreign capital utilization,accelerate overseas market development efforts,promote transformation and upgrading within Hebei's textile and garment industry,enhance the ecological dynamics of its industrial chain,bolster international competitiveness,as well as cultivate new growth drivers for regional economic cooperation.Achieving high-quality development holds immense practical significance.Drawing upon data from the past decade,this paper analyzes Hebei's overall situation regarding textile and garment industry exports before delving into an examination of its strengths and weaknesses.Finally,based on this analysis,it identifies existing opportunities within Hebei's textile and garment industry under the backdrop of RCEP while providing suggestions on utilizing the RCEP platform to achieve high-quality development.
