Research on the Impact of Data Element Allocation on Regional Innovation Performance
Data elements are the micro foundation and innovation engine of the digital economy,which is of great significance to regional innovation.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2013 to 2020,this paper constructs a data element index system from three dimensions:data element research and development,data element dissemination and data element transformation,and constructs a regional innovation performance index system from knowledge output performance and economic output output,and uses the entropy weight TOPsis method to measure the regional innovation performance level,so as to empirically analyze the relationship between data element allocation and regional innovation performance.The results show that the allocation of data elements can improve regional innovation performance,and the higher the level of regional economic development,the more conducive to improving regional innovation performance.
