Analysis of Marketing Talent Demand and Cultivation Suggestions in the Digital Economy Era Based on Recruitment Data Mining
Digital transformation,the rise of live banding,and changes in consumer habits have brought new challenges and opportunities to the development of the marketing discipline.By using Java technology to crawl 95460 recruitment data from 51jb.com,we analyze the demand for marketing talents in China's enterprises in the era of digital economy.The results show that:the demand for marketing talent positions is relatively balanced,and the demand for planning posts is strong;enterprises have certain requirements for the comprehensive quality and personality characteristics of employees;and they tend to recruit employees with a certain amount of work experience.Accordingly,it is proposed to focus on the comprehensive quality of students and invisible knowledge,practical ability training,strengthen the understanding of cutting-edge technology and digital analysis capabilities and other digital economy era marketing personnel training recommendations.
