管理类课程思政教学体系改革与实践研究——以内部控制课程为例

管理类课程思政教学改革能够把握管理类教学的正确方向,落实好高校立德树人的根本目标,培养德才兼备的管理类人才.围绕"内部控制"课程建设,聚焦人才培养方案,按照"挖掘什么样的思政要素—如何挖掘思政要素—怎么激发思政效力"的思路,构建了"一核二翼三维"课程思政教学体系.该体系将思政目标与课程目标相结合,实现了内部控制课程宏观、中观、微观三个方面的思政教育内容与专业知识有机融合,以培养懂专业、能实践、善思考、有温度的做内部控制实践与研究的人才为目标,为进一步推进内部控制一流课程思政建设提供思路.
Research on the Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Education System in Management Courses——Taking Internal Control Courses as an Example
The reform of ideological and political education in management courses can grasp the correct direction of management education,implement the fundamental goal of cultivating morality and talent in universities and cultivate management talents with both moral and professional abilities.This article focuss on the construction of the"Internal Control"course,focusing on talent cultivation programs.Following the idea of"what kind of ideological and political elements to explore-how to explore ideological and political elements-how to stimulate ideological and political effectiveness",a"one core,two wings,and three-dimensional"course ideological and political teaching system is constructed.This system combines ideological and political goals with curriculum objectives,achieving the organic integration of ideological and political education content and professional knowledge learning in the macro,medium and micro aspects of internal control courses.The goal is to cultivate talents who understand the profession,are capable of practice,good at thinking and have warmth to do internal control practice and research rooted in the motherland,providing ideas for further promoting the construction of first-class internal control curriculum ideological and political education.
