With the advent of Industry 4.0,the world economic situation is undergoing profound changes.The rapid development of emerging businesses such as big data and the Internet of Things has helped the manufacturing industry gradually move towards a stage of high-quality development.Under the guidance of the"Digital China"strategy,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has become a necessary part of the new development pattern.Sort out the particularity,importance,and urgency of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province,analyze its transformation logic mechanism,and clarify the space for transformation.The core essence of transformation is the synergy between digital strategy and organizational capabilities,digital capacity building,and digital transformation value closed-loop.Based on the development characteristics of Henan Province,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of improving government services,cultivating specialized technical talents,data co-governance and sharing,and empowering small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to create a path for Henan Province manufacturing digital transformation.
