A Review of Digital Transformation in the Tourism Industry in the Context of Digital Economy
Under the influence of the digital revolution,the cultural tourism industry is undergoing a gradual transformation,which has emerged as a prominent topic with potential to reshape the industry.Employing CiteSpace,this study conducts a comprehensive visual analysis of digital transformation research in our country.By examining research topics and areas of interest within the context of the digital economy background and current status of cultural tourism industry research,it becomes evident that digitization in this sector has garnered considerable attention from academia.The literature on digital transformation in cultural tourism has witnessed steady growth over time and is currently experiencing an era of vigorous development.Research efforts primarily focus on exploring themes such as culture-tourism integration,digital economy implications,smart culture-tourism initiatives,among others.However,further expansion is required regarding analysis pertaining to evaluation indicators,system frameworks,and fundamental theories underlying these studies.Ultimately,this paper provides an overview and future prospects based on the findings derived from this investigation.
