企业社会责任对财务绩效的影响研究——基于媒体关注和融资约束的中介效应

近年来,在新发展理念和双碳目标下,企业社会责任表现受到社会公众的广泛关注.研究以 2010-2021 年沪深A股上市公司为样本,对企业社会责任履行与财务绩效的关系及其影响途径展开实证分析.结果表明,企业社会责任表现能够提升财务绩效;社会责任的履行通过增加媒体关注度和缓解融资约束等路径提升财务绩效;异质性分析表明,国有企业、产品市场竞争均弱化了社会责任对财务绩效的促进作用.
Research on the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance—Based on the Mediating Effect of Media Attention and Financing Constraints
In recent years,under the new development concept and the dual-carbon goal,CSR performance has received extensive attention from the public.The study empirically analyzes the relationship between CSR performance and financial performance and its influence pathways using a sample of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2021.The results show that CSR performance can enhance financial performance;CSR performance enhances financial performance by increasing media attention and alleviating financing constraints;heterogeneity analysis shows that state-owned enterprises and product market competition weaken the promotion effect of CSR on financial performance.
