Research on Talent Cultivation Mode of Finance Majors in Undergraduate Colleges of Applied Technology under the Perspective of New Liberal Arts—Taking Xinjiang College of Science and Technology as an Example
The construction of new liberal arts is not only the requirement of the times to promote the updating and upgrading of traditional liberal arts,but also a realistic need for local colleges and universities of applied technology to realize the cultivation of excellent economic and management talents.This paper analyzes the development needs of applied talent cultivation from the law of education,school positioning,location services,and proposes targeted optimization strategies by taking the finance major of applied technology undergraduate colleges as an example,which not only integrates modern information technology into the professional construction system,strengthens the advantages of school running,highlights the characteristics of school running,and promotes the connotation-type and high-quality development,but also combines the characteristics of the locality and the social demand,defines the positioning of talent cultivation,and clarifies the new ideas for the development of finance major,and actively explores the expansion boundaries of finance major.It is also necessary to combine local characteristics and social needs,clarify the positioning of talent cultivation,sort out the new ideas of finance professional development,and actively explore the expansion boundaries of the finance profession and the path of quality enhancement.
