人才培养全过程财经素养与"双创"教育融合机制的研究

财经素养教育与"双创"融合是新时期我国职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的新形式,基于人才培养全过程视角下有利于更加全方位、多角度地观察其融合路径,提升两者融合质效.围绕已有研究探讨了两者融合的方式方法和当前存在的问题,随后结合理论和实际提出了人才培养全过程"3+3+3"融合发展模式逻辑,并结合广西经贸职业技术学院、广西金融职业技术学院等高职院校实际案例进行探究,总结经验启示,提出了应聚焦人才培养全过程的"前端""中端"和"后端"协同发力,增强融合教学实效、实践实习融入财经素养元素和完善育人评价体系的对策建议,以推动财经素养与"双创"教育融合人才培养质效提升.
Research on the Integration Mechanism of Financial Literacy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in the Whole Process of Talent Cultivation
The integration of financial literacy education and"dual-creation"is a new form of deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in China's vocational education in the new period,which is conducive to observing the integration path in a more all-rounded and multi-angle way based on the perspective of the whole process of talent cultivation to improve the quality of the two integration.First of all,it explores the ways and methods of integration and current problems with existing research,then combines theory and practice to put forward the logic of"3+3+3"integration development mode in the whole process of talent cultivation,and combines with the actual cases of colleges and universities to explore,and suggestions to focus on the"front-end","middle-end"and"back-end"of the whole process of talent cultivation,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in the integration of financial literacy and Innovation and entrepreneurship education.
