Teaching Reform and Practice of Commercial Banking Business and Management Course Based on OBE Teaching Concept
With the rapid development of economy and Sci.&Tech,the development and changes of the banking industry have put forward new requirements for the knowledge and skills of talents,which also put forward new requirements for talent training.The OBE teaching concept is a widely recognized and applied education model in the current domestic and foreign teaching systems.This model emphasizes student-centered and result-oriented.According to the characteristics of high integration of theory and practice,rapid update of course content,strong comprehensiveness of the subject in the course of commercial banking business and management,and combined with the OBE teaching concept,teaching reform ideas and optimization paths are proposed in the aspects of course goal setting,teaching content supplementation and improvement,teaching method innovation and application,and evaluation and feedback mechanism improvement,in order to improve teaching effects and enhance teaching quality,and provide reference for teaching reform under the OBE teaching concept.
