Research on Agricultural Transformation and Upgrading in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Perspective of Integration of Three Industries
Agricultural transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality agricultural development.As a large agricultural province in China,Heilongjiang Province has made some achievements in agricultural transformation and upgrading,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed provinces.At present,industrial integration is a new development idea.In order to accelerate the pace of agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province,it is of great practical significance for us to study the agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of the integration of three industries.Firstly,the concepts and determinants of agricultural transformation and upgrading were sorted out and expounded.Secondly,the present situation of the integration of agriculture and related industries in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed.Then,the main problems of agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed from the perspective of three-industry integration.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the agricultural transformation and upgrading of Heilongjiang Province with the integration of three industries,hoping to promote the agricultural transformation and upgrading of Heilongjiang Province and help the early realization of the rural revitalization.
