Research on Strategy of High-quality"Going-global"of Enterprises in Yancheng under"the Belt and Road Initiative"
It is of great significance to fully grasp the opportunity of"One Belt and One Road"node city construction and actively promote the high-quality"going out"of Yancheng enterprises to realize the construction of"four new"Yancheng and the high-quality economic development.This paper analyzes the current situation of Yancheng enterprises'"going global"to the countries along the Belt and Road,and points out the advantages and problems of high-quality"going global"of Yancheng enterprises.Finally,it puts forward development strategies from the aspects of improving supporting policies,strengthening the construction of public service platform,cultivating innovative talents,researching the feasibility of investment projects in advance,implementing performance excellence management mode and giving full play to comparative advantages,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality"going out"of Yancheng enterprises.
