Research on the Strategy of Improving Tourist Satisfaction under the Construction of Smart Scenic Spot—Taking Tangwang River Forest Sea Stone Scenic Spot as an Example
With the development of the Internet,the combination of tourism and the Internet has become a trend.5A-level scenic spots all over the country are developing smart tourism to improve the management and service level of scenic spots and meet the personalized needs of tourists,so as to improve the satisfaction of tourists.Tangwang River Linhai Qishi Scenic Area has become a popular tourist attraction in Yichun City with its unique tourism resources.Therefore,the construction of intelligent scenic spots in Tangwang River Linhai Qishi Scenic Area has great research value.Based on this,this paper uses the four wisdoms of smart tourism:smart management,smart service,smart marketing,and smart experience as the first-level indicators to establish secondary indicators.Each indicator is evaluated from two aspects of importance and satisfaction,and questionnaires are distributed.The IPA analysis method is used to locate and analyze each indicator,and analyze the advantages of the Tangwang River Linhai Qishi Scenic Area.Indicators,indicators of continued maintenance,indicators of opportunities,and indicators that need improvement,based on the area where each indicator is located,make strategies to improve tourist satisfaction under the construction of smart scenic spots.
