新文科视域下商科人才培养改革与创新路径研究——以常州大学商学院为例

新文科已成为中国高等教育发展战略的重要组成部分.以人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实为代表的科学技术所产生的社会影响对文科教育注入了新内涵,也对商科类专业的人才培养提出了新要求.商科教育改革是新文科建设的重要组成部分,创新商科人才培养路径是商科教育改革的有效途径.立足新形势下商科跨界人才培养现实需求,对新文科背景下人才培养理念、培养目标等进行探索,形成了"三个基点+四个要素"相结合的人才培养新路径,以期全方位提升人才培养成效,为新文科背景下商科教育转型提供参考与指导.
Research on the Innovation Path of Cross-border Talent Training in Business from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts—Take the Business School of Changzhou University as an Example
The new liberal arts has become an important part of China's higher education development strategy.The social impact of science and technology represented by artificial intelligence,blockchain and virtual reality has injected new connotation into liberal arts education,and also put forward new requirements for talent training of business majors.The reform of business education is an important part of the construction of new liberal arts,and the innovation of the training path of business talents is an effective way of the reform of business education.Based on the actual needs of cross-border business talent training under the new situation,this paper explores the concept and objectives of talent training under the background of new liberal arts,and forms a new practical teaching path combining"three basis points+four elements"in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of talent training and provide reference and guidance for the transformation of business education under the background of new liberal arts.
