Research on International Training Path of Information Technology Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangxi under the Background of RCEP
This paper discusses the increasingly significant demand for international talents in the field of information technology in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the new challenges faced by the development of international vocational education under the background of RCEP,and analyzes the management system of international talent training,the need to improve the teaching capacity of international education,the need to enrich the teaching courses of non-common languages,and the need to optimize the evaluation system of international talent training.It proposes strategies for skill training and international literacy improvement,improves the management system for international talent training,builds an innovative model of"1+N+I"talent training,builds a high-level international teaching team,sets up international talent training courses,implements the credit system and the mutual recognition mechanism of international courses,promotes school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,and optimizes the evaluation system for information technology talent training.
