Research on the High Quality Development Strategy of Cross border E-commerce in Zhejiang Province under the Opportunity of RCEP Regional Value Chain Reconstruction
The signing of RCEP brings opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Zhejiang Province,including promoting market access and trade facilitation,restructuring the regional industrial chain,and establishing a more unified and perfect rule system.However,it also brings new risks to foreign trade regulatory governance,fierce international market competition,and complex multilateral trade rules.Strengthening RCEP rule training,transforming the supply chain,and building a global trade platform will help Zhejiang Province accelerate its efforts to seize the overseas cross-border e-commerce market,promote the development of"industrial clusters+cross-border e-commerce",and thus promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
