Research on Countermeasures for High-Quality Development of Foreign Trade in Hebei Province under the Framework of RCEP
As the free trade area with the largest population,the most diverse membership,and the most dynamic development in the world today,RCEP provides vast space and unprecedented opportunities for Hebei's foreign trade development.Based on the analysis of Hebei's current situation,characteristics,and situation of foreign trade under the RCEP agreement,this article proposes some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of foreign trade in Hebei,including optimizing the foreign trade structure and improving the quality and added value of export products with RCEP member countries;strengthening the construction of innovation capacity to promote the transformation of foreign trade enterprises to technology-intensive and high value-added fields;utilizing the RCEP agreement to expand diversified trade channels and actively explore international markets;deepening industrial cooperation with RCEP member countries to promote the process of regional economic integration.
