With the increasing number of global patent applications and intellectual property infringement cases,the significance of customs in this field is becoming increasingly evident.By analyzing the relevant legal framework,customs functions,and technical support,this paper delves into the regulatory and enforcement roles of customs in international trade.The research finds that customs effectively combat infringement through stringent regulation,information sharing,and the application of advanced technologies,thereby protecting the intellectual property of the creative industries.The results indicate that customs play a crucial role in global intellectual property protection.Their close collaboration with the creative industries and the continuous enhancement of technology applications will further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of intellectual property protection.
