Practice and Exploration of Hybrid Teaching of Economics and Management Majors in the Background of Educational Digitization
Intelligent electronic devices have become a necessity for today's college students in their studies,and their effective use in the college classroom has become an inevitable trend.This paper analyzes the comparative advantages and teaching requirements of the hybrid teaching mode.Combined with the characteristics of the economics and management professional courses and the advantages of the hybrid teaching,the"three classrooms"teaching mode based on"understanding-expanding-practicing"is proposed.The evaluation method of hybrid teaching effect is constructed,and it is proposed to adopt the diversified evaluation methods of process assessment,result assessment and practice assessment,to strengthen students'process learning,independent learning and application practice ability.
