Study on the Influence of Transportation Infrastructure Level on Import and Export Trade—Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Date in China
Transportation infrastructure plays a vital role in the development of import and export trade.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,a two-way fixed effect model was established to empirically analyze the impact of transportation infrastructure level on China's import and export trade.The results show that the level of transportation infrastructure has a significant promoting effect on import and export trade,and the promoting effect on export trade is greater than that on import trade.The results of heterogeneity test show that the level of transportation infrastructure has a greater promoting effect on import and export trade in the central and western regions of China.
