Exploration the Pathways for Cultivating Digital Trade Composite Talents in Colleges and Universities
Digital trade is the core force leading the high-quality development of global trade,and composite talents in digital trade are the key driving force for the development of digital trade.Universities cultivate composite talents in digital trade through promoting the digital development of undergraduate majors with high relevance to digital trade,exploring the establishment of micro majors related to digital trade,and exploring school enterprise joint training models.At present,there are still problems such as the need to improve the supply of composite talents in digital trade,the need to improve the matching of supply and demand structure,and the need to strengthen the collaborative education mechanism of industry education integration.It is suggested to broaden the channels for cultivating composite talents in digital trade,build interdisciplinary and cross platform ecological communities in digital trade,restructure the curriculum system for cultivating composite talents in digital trade with output as the guide,and form a new pattern of collaborative education among government,schools,enterprises,and research institutions.
